What you’ll do:

Reporting to the Agro Division Manager, you will be responsible for the planning and day-to-day execution of the Agro Centre and will:

Provide operational direction and oversight on implementing programs and policies for the Agro Centre in the areas of brand, customer service levels, quality, and timeliness of delivery Build strong customer relationships and oversee the execution of sales strategies for the Agro Centre through managing and growing current customers and identifying and pursuing growth opportunities Oversee the execution of marketing and merchandising including displays, promotions, and pricing Ensure standards are achieved on all safety, environmental, and asset protection policies and procedures and overseeing the safe handling and storage of inventory and equipment for the location Prepare, administer, and achieve budgeted goals as it relates to pricing, sales margins, expenses, and inventory Provide leadership to the Agro Centre team, including recruitment, goal setting, performance management, training, and development of team members
