A dynamic organization in the Non-Profit industry working with Robert Half is in need of a highly-skilled Human Resources Recruiter. As the Human Resources Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting in support of a diverse array of positions across varying departments such as accounting, marketing, operations, administrative and technology. If you are a self-starter wanting to learn and to grow, our client is looking for someone like you. Not only will you handle recruiting functions, you will also be in charge of a variety of personnel related administrative tasks and providing clerical support to the HR department. Your responsibilities

- Maintaining new-permanent on-boarding paperwork/orientations

- Fulfilling interviews

- Taking advantage of digital recruiting resources

- Composing and posting job opportunity advertisements

- Overseeing various administrative duties

- Formulating internal recommendations

- Identifying and filtering candidates through various sources and platforms
- Knowledge in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

- Experience writing procedure manuals, user instructions, business correspondence, and general report writing

- The top candidates have proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms

- Kronos Timekeeping System experience

- Practical knowledge of documentation

- General familiarity with Benefit Functions

- Proficiency in Careerbuilder

- Demonstrated knowledge of Background Checks

- ADP Financial Services experience desired

- Adeptness in About Time

- Experience with Microsoft Excel

- Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

- Hiring Processes experience highly preferred

- Candidates who are highly detail oriented, as well as able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity, will be preferred

- Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
