We are currently seeking a Software Support Developer to join our team of experienced professionals located at our head office in Kitchener, Ontario.

What you'll do

Perform Level 3 technical support for our airport and airlinecustomers by troubleshooting a wide range of issues that are affecting the operation of their Baggage Handling Systems Assist Level 2 service technicians by providing in-depth troubleshooting & technical support Conduct Root Cause Analysis of defects identified in production. Fix, test, and deploy software patches Maintain, develop, and improve our automated test and deployment tools Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, document, and recommend improvements to products and internal processes Qualifications Required: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong Troubleshooting skills Experience with an object-oriented programming language is required. C# is preferred but Java, C++, or other languages are also acceptable. Proficiency withSQL & knowledge of databases Knowledge of Flyway, Powershell, Azure Devops, JavaScriptis an asset The ability toperform night/weekend work

Desired Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related fields Preferred 1-3 years experience (co-op considered).
