Jardeg is recruiting Journeyperson Millwright’s to join the Heartland Constructors Inc. team at the CNRL Albian site near Fort McMurray, Alberta for the 2024 fall turnaround. OT is available and out of province travel allowances are also provided.

 

 Come be a part of an outstanding team working with industry leaders who have been executing work at the Albian site for over a decade. This is a temporary role starting September 9th and running until September 26, 2024. 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret equipment manuals to determine standard operating and maintenance procedures.
  • Perform Scheduled or preventive maintenance in mechanical, pneumatic, or hydraulic repairs of equipment
  • Lubricate all moving parts including bearings, gears and shaft, attach motors, and connect couplings and belts to precise tolerances.

 

 

Position Qualifications:

  • Journeyperson Certification and/or Interprovincial Red Seal
  • Valid apprenticeship
  • Satisfactory completion of a Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test 
  • CSTS 09 or CSO
  • Confined Space
  • Fall Protection
  • Basic Rigging
