What You’ll Be Doing

Duties and Responsibilities:

Delegate and direct a team of mechanics. Inspect all completed tasks to ensure that standards are being met. Perform daily PDI and repairs as needed. Ensure that equipment in the shop, as well as the shop itself, is well-organized and clean and neat. Support & participate in company safety objectives and ensure that the working area in the shop is safe. Work closely with and support the team members; act as a lead whenever guidance is needed to complete a tasks/projects.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum two years of related experience. Able to work independently as well as in a team. Excellent organizational skills. Valid driver’s license with a driver’s abstract (no more than three demerit points). Must have your own tools. Available to work overtime, on weekends, and on-call when required. Strong diagnostic ability as well as being capable of reading schematics. Electrical experience.
