The School 

The role is within our School of Applied Sciences and Technology. The departments within the School are located on our Grande Prairie campus and our Fairview campus. The School offers a variety of programming in Fine Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, Sciences, and Animal Health Technology. Through this programming, we offer a variety of certificates, diplomas, university transfer courses, as well as a degree in computing science. 

The Role 

The Humanities and Social Sciences Department requires an English Instructor to teach undergraduate-level courses in professional and academic writing (WR1010). Two sections of this course will be offered this spring session from May 6 to June 28. One section will be delivered in-person on campus in Grande Prairie (7 hours per week, 3 hours lecture and 4 hours seminar) and one section will be delivered asynchronously online. Successful candidates may be offered one or both sections. The asynchronous section content would be created by the successful candidate and that content would remain their intellectual property.

This part-time sessional position will commence on May 1, 2024.
