Internal Failure Analysis Technician

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair a variety of complex electronic circuits to the component level Provide failure analysis and/or root cause analysis of defects and/or field returns Set up and operate specialized and standard test equipment to diagnose, test and analyze the performance of electrical and electronic components, assemblies and systems Build & test the latest film & television equipment that incorporates the most advanced components available to the industry Function as a member of the production team Any other duties as required.

Qualifications:

2 year Electrical Technician or 3 year Electrical Technology Co-op program. Experience in electronics testing and troubleshooting is required. Problem-solving ability and able to react to changing situations Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving ability, time management skills and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and able to work in a fast paced environment Be results oriented Be self-motivated
