Purpose of the position

Under the responsibility of the maintenance director, the housekeeping attendant is assigned to cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of the common areas of the establishment.In addition, the person will serve as a receptionist for certain shifts. (weekend, day, evening, night) Part-time weekend schedule. Friday and Saturday from 11 to 7 Specifically, your daily life with us will look like : Maintain and clean the premises Schedule and ensure that preventive maintenance is performed on equipment Provide a high level of customer service Greet visitors Assist your immediate superior and other team members with their daily tasks and administrative duties Receive and redirect incoming calls Make appointments Maintain the residence directory Maintain the different registers Maintain good relationships with the residents Update different administrative forms and documents

Required qualifications :

High school diploma (SSD) Good knowledge of French and English, both oral and written Knowledge of Master D (an asset) Knowledge of Hopem software (an asset)
