Job Description

Solution Design and Architecture: Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, and project teams to gather and analyze requirements. Develop comprehensive and scalable architectural designs for Salesforce solutions. Create solution blueprints, data models, and technical specifications. Salesforce Expertise: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Salesforce's latest features, functionalities, and best practices. Evaluate and recommend Salesforce products and add-ons to align with business objectives. Ensure that the Salesforce platform aligns with industry standards and best practices. Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and other technical staff. Review and approve technical designs, code, and configurations to ensure quality and performance. Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.. Integration and Data Management: Design and implement robust data integration strategies with external systems and databases. Ensure data security and integrity by implementing data governance and access controls. Optimize data models for efficient data retrieval and storage. Quality Assurance: Define and enforce coding standards, testing processes, and best practices. Ensure detailed documentation exists for future reference Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high-quality codebase. Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Salesforce solutions. Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide timely solutions to keep projects on track. Ensure successful delivery of Salesforce projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.

You are meant for this job if:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred). Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect, are highly preferred. Proven experience in architecting and delivering complex Salesforce solutions. Strong understanding of software development methodologies and Salesforce development tools. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with clients. Strong project management skills and a results-oriented mindset.
