Clinical Psychologist

Reporting to the Clinical Director or Executive Director, the Clinical Psychologist would support the clinical team in program development, research, outcome measurement and direct client care.
Psychologist Responsibilities:
· Supports the development of evidence-based curriculum and the expansion of programs and services.
· Knowledgeable in outcome measurement practices
· Provides formal assessments and diagnostic assessments (DSM-V) for specific clients.
· Provides group treatment to clients with substance use disorder, mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, and other mental health conditions
· Provides supervision to psychologist practicum students
· Provides bi-weekly CBT/DBT/CPT informed consultations to the IOP team which assists with problem solving regarding complex clients and referent care, as well as training and best practices for clinical care
· Focused clinical supervision with clinical leadership and client care coordinators for CAMH/WSIB referents weekly, and other external stakeholders as identified
· Weekly support to therapists regarding clinical comprehension of complex patients
