We are presently seeking one candidate for the position of Assembly-Operator on the orange team (07h00 à 19h00).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operate and understand basic functions of the majority of the equipment on the assigned production lines; Follow, promote, and effectively apply current wash and sanit procedures Participate to cleaning, disassembling and reassembling, as well as preventive maintenance and super clean; Ensure proper performance of fillers of assigned production lines by performing adjustments and repairs on place (1st responder); Perform routine inspections of all pumps and equipments; Able to use and explain the shop floor document wash section; Work on assigned production lines when fillers are running normally; Comply with company policies (eg. safety, dress code, GMP, work instructions, etc.); Perform any other related tasks or projects as assigned by immediate supervisors.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Has a High School Leaving diploma or the equivalent; Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required; Understands and uses metric and imperial measurements; Is able to use a mechanic’s basic tools; Successfully meets the predetermined mechanical aptitude test criteria; Good knowledge of GMPs and microbiological precautions; Bilingualism (French and English) an asset.

SKILLS:

Has manual dexterity and physical fitness is required; Has working flexibility and high ability to learn; Has a high level of initiative and organisation; Is an excellent communicator and team player;
