YOUR DAY TO DAY

Complete month-end procedures and reconciliations for inventory, deferred revenue, accruals, overhead, etc. together with the existing team in a very efficient and timely mannerReviewing financial results of individual companies monthlyPrepares costing of Wetcast beds, hollow-core, and Agricultural productsAnalyzes specific job results by revenue type, (e.g., overall margins on large total precast jobs), ensuring we reach our target margins.Ensures intercompany fees are billed as required.Prepares iTWO reports as required for analysis purposes.Assists the Controller with year-end financial reports where required.Proforma analysis on real estate opportunities using templates giving valuable feedback as needed.Other duties are requested by management.

WHAT YOU BRING:

We need a university degree in Accounting or Finance, flaunting the CPA badge of honor. If audits are your playground, and financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting are your passions, we want you.Advanced Excel skills are non-negotiable – Pivot Tables, Macro's, VLOOKUP – if these are your tools of the trade, you're our hero.Communication is key, and your verbal and written skills should be sharper than a ninja's blade. You're not just dealing with data; you're conducting deep-dive analyses with the finesse of a maestro. Independence is your superpower – investigating and problem-solving solo is your forte.
