Hello. It’s nice to meet you.
If you’re looking for a challenge, you’ve come to the right place. We can’t promise where you’ll go, but we do promise no two All Weather journeys are the same because no matter who you are or where you come from, we’re all building something. Every single one of us. Whether it’s a home, a career, a family or a future, we’re all searching for growth. This is our story too. For more than 45 years, we’ve built the All Weather Group into the largest privately owned and operated window, door and glass manufacturer in the country. But in some ways, we’re just getting started.
Are you ready for this?
At the All Weather Group, you’ll be challenged to think on your feet, learn on the job and make an impact in big and small ways. We won’t hold your hand but we will have your back in helping you build the skills, experience and career you deserve.
We’re currently hiring for a Fleet Supervisor for our Edmonton Shipping department. There’s more to any job than words on a page, but we are looking for someone who will supervise our shipping operations in Edmonton with efficiency and a strong focus on service. This role is essential for coordinating and dispatching our fleet to ensure seamless, timely customer deliveries. Here is what your day could look like:
Overseeing fleet coordination, scheduling, and maintenance to meet National Safety Code standards and All Weather policies. Managing dispatch operations for cost-effectiveness, maintaining licenses and permits, and ensuring fleet equipment compliance. Providing training, guidance, and supervision to drivers on safety and operational standards, including accident response and investigations. Optimizing vendor relationships, ensuring SLAs are met, and tracking fleet expenditures for cost control. Monitoring fuel usage, fleet process indicators, and performance metrics, driving standardization across locations. Supporting recruitment, training, and performance management of fleet personnel, while handling fleet-related issues and driver meetings. Are you built for this?
We hire as much for attitude as we do for experience, because who you are is just as important as what you can do. Here’s what you bring to lead our Fleet team:
Proven Fleet Expertise: At least 5 years of hands-on fleet experience, showing a deep understanding of operations, safety, and compliance. Warehouse & Shipping Insight: Background in warehouse management and shipping logistics with a strong grasp on scheduling. Dispatch Skills: Experience in dispatching is a plus, helping ensure smooth and efficient routes. Leadership in Action: Supervisory or management experience is ideal, showing you’re ready to lead, mentor, and motivate our fleet team. Fleet Maintenance Knowledge: Skilled in fleet maintenance practices to keep our vehicles running safely and efficiently. Valuable Certifications: Class 1 Driver’s License, PDIC Training, log book and hours of service expertise, vehicle inspection training, LCV certification, load securement, new vehicle rig-up, and disposal experience are all assets that give you a clear advantage.Let’s get after it.
Every day at All Weather is an opportunity to roll up your sleeves and move one step closer to your goals. If you’re interested in this role, we encourage you to apply regardless of the criteria we’ve asked for. Please visit our careers page to get started now
