As their continue to expand, they are looking for dynamic and driven Inside Sales Representative who thrive in a hunter role to join the team.

Position: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Ville St-Laurent (Montréal)

Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through research, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach. Qualifying Leads: Assess the needs of prospective clients, qualify their interest and fit for our payment solutions, and schedule product demonstrations or meetings. Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our payment solutions. Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system. Negotiation and Closing: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, including negotiating terms and closing deals. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and our product offerings to effectively address client needs and objections. Requirements : Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the payment solutions or fintech industry. Hunter Mentality: Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with tenacity and determination. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively. Customer-Centric Approach: Passion for understanding client needs and providing solutions that drive their success. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools; comfortable with virtual communication platforms. Results-Driven: Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and a commitment to continuous improvement. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, contributing to a positive and productive team culture.
