Assistant(e) Marketing Opérationnel
BRP est un constructeur et un distributeur de véhicules motorisés. Présent dans plus de 24 pays avec 18, employés, BRP dispose d’un siège marketing européen à Lausanne et d’une unité marketing & commerciale en France à proximité de Aix-en-Provence . Vous serez basé au sein du service Marketing France & Benelux.
Dans le cadre du développement de notre programme utilitaire & agricole, votre rôle sera d’une part d’assurer une bonne coordination avec le siège Européen à Lausanne, adapter les stratégies marketing aux spécificités françaises/belges, coordonner les événements, gérer les prestataires français/belges et d’autre part accompagner/soutenir et piloter l’activité vente France & Benelux.
VOUS AUREZ L’OCCASION DE :
Ce stage s’articule ainsi en 4 axes, voici des exemples de tâches à accomplir dans le cadre de votre stage :
1- La coordination avec le siège européen :
o Relecture de contenu
o Traduction
o Mise en application de campagne
o Mise à disposition d’informations locales
o Scorecard
o Suivi de campagnes
o Coordination entre les concessionnaires et le siège Européen
o Constitution de database & Reporting
o Faire présentations post Mortem
o Participation à l’élaboration stratégique des plans
2- La coordination d’événements et la gestion de prestataires
o Réservation d’emplacement à des salons nationaux
o Coordination et adaptation de stands (Coordination avec le standiste européen)
o Logistique Événement (Vérifier les délais de livraison, quantités, qualité,)
o Procédure Suivi COOP
o Contrôler et faire suivi chez les prestataires des éléments nécessaires aux différents événements et pour les communiqués de presse.
o Communication avec les agences
o Validation et modifications « BAT »
o Accompagner à certains événements pour un suivi sur place
o Gérer la logistique concernant les voyages et événements avec également le support complet administratif durant tout l'événement
o Reporting & présentation
o Réalisation de Brochure
o Réalisation de Kit événementiel
3- La création de contenu local
o Rédaction de la Newsletter chaque semaine
o Traductions de bulletins
o Création de contenu pour les réseaux sociaux
o Création d’outils PLV pour les événements locaux
4- Activation Retail
o Mise à jour des fichiers de pilotage
o Tracking des performances et ajustements des communications
o Follow-up des événements & suivi avec les concessionnaires
