Job Overview

We are looking for a Chemical Operator to be apart of our team. You will be responsible for monitoring andhandling the use of chemicals in the production process. You shouldbe able to check the chemicals for its ingredients weighttemperature and usability.

As a ChemicalOperator you should be able to oversee the quality of theproduction process and accordingly suggest new improvementmeasures. Also you should ensure that the chemicals are handledproperly and transported to different locations safely. Furthermoreyou should also check the condition of the equipment used andensure any damaged parts are replaced/repaired.

Responsibilities
  • Monitoring the type of chemicalsused in the production process
  • Storing andlabeling the chemicals in correct containers
  • Weighing the chemicals and checking thetemperature of the same
  • Ensuring all safetyprecautions and health protocols are being followed at all times
  • Identifying any issues in the productionprocess and troubleshooting the same
  • Reportingany onsite accidents and injuries to the senior management
  • Overseeing the quality of the productionprocess and suggesting improvement measures
  • Wearing safety gear when performing dailyactivities
  • Adjusting andcontrolling the temperature and pressure of the chemical processingequipment
  • Ensuring that the chemicals arehandled and transported in a safe manner
  • Checking if equipment is in working order andscheduling repairs
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven work experience asa Chemical Operator or a similar role in the Production industry
  • Complete understanding of the chemicalprocesses and safety protocols
  • Good timemanagement and organizational skills
  • Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills
  • Detailoriented individual
  • Good communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Excellent physicaldexterity
  • Best multitasking ability
  • Ability to handle stressful situations
  • Ability to work independently andcollaboratively
