Position Overview

The Content Strategy & Experience team in Customer Technical Success (CTS) ensures high-quality product expertise is delivered to customers as they learn, adopt, and use Autodesk's platform through impactful content experiences. To accelerate on our journey of delivering a world-class experience and supporting users of all sizes across industries, we are looking for a Technical Content Developer, Installation & Licensing to join a newly formed team of content creators who design integrated omni-channel audience-centric content plans and focus on continuous content improvements to drive customer success.

Reporting to the Manager of Technical Content Development, you will orchestrate content development for customers and partners with a clear focus on helping them adopt industry leading 3D design, engineering, and entertainment software through an enhanced installation and licensing experience.

Hybrid role, located within commuting distance of office in Montreal, Barcelona, or Bangalore.

Responsibilities

You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs using analytics, customer feedback, and business objectives, and determining product support help and learn audience-centric omni-channel content plans to ease customers' installation and licensing experience across the post-purchase journey for all Autodesk products

You will design and implement programs to enable CTS to plan, develop, and manage the full end-to-end content lifecycle to support our goals, matching customer needs with appropriate content formats and delivery systems to ensure customers experience positive, meaningful interactions with our products and services

You will establish and drive content improvements to increase consumption and findability of installation and licensing support content through digital channels

You will ensure the right content is available to all users at the right time, by getting ahead of customers demand, de-duplication of efforts, and content reuse

You will manage new products content integrations and products rebrand

You will determine goals for technical content development initiatives, monitor, learn, and provide actionable recommendations for enhancing content effectiveness

You will guide and train CTS staff on best practices for content creation, aiming for efficiency and quality

You will represent CTS at industry events internally and externally (Tech series, booth, product overviews)

You will build trust and authority across a network of peers and collaborators through clarity, aligning on ideas and delivering on major outcomes

You will stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content strategy and Autodesk products, and integrate relevant insights into the team and practice to foster a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing

Minimum Qualifications

You have 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing or product development role related to customer onboarding, installation and deployment of IT solutions or similar

You have experience designing omni-channel audience-centric content plans and implementing them, including audience analysis and managing the full end-to-end content lifecycle including writing and editing clear and concise technical content

You have solid project management experience managing projects involving several teams from brainstorming to conclusion, with demonstrated ability to turn strategic plans into actionable tasks, bringing simplicity and order to complex projects, driving progress and continuous improvement

You have an analytical, solution focused, and practical approach, consideration of goals and colleagues' priorities to achieve the right outcome for customers

You understand the needs from our customers and partners, and can translate these into impactful content strategies and solutions

Experience with content management systems (CMS), authoring tools, and other relevant software applications.

Experience implementing search engines optimization (SEO) strategies an advantage

Experience with large language models (LLMs) an advantage

You speak with impact, simplify complex concepts, and collaborate positively across different levels and geographies

You have an independent approach, proactiveness, and a learning and improvement mindset

University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience

Présentation du poste

L’équipe Stratégie et expérience du contenu dédiée à la réussite technique de la clientèle veille à ce que les clients bénéficient d’une expertise de qualité dans le domaine des produits lorsqu’ils apprennent, adoptent et utilisent la plateforme Autodesk, grâce à des contenus percutants. Pour accélérer notre transition vers une expérience de classe mondiale et la prise en charge des utilisateurs de toutes tailles dans tous les secteurs, nous recherchons un(e) gestionnaire du développement du contenu technique pour constituer une équipe de créateurs de contenu qui conçoivent des plans de contenu omnicanaux intégrés centrés sur le public et se concentrent sur l’amélioration du contenu pour la réussite du client.

Sous la supervision du ou de la gestionnaire du développement du contenu technique, vous allez orchestrer le développement du contenu pour les clients et les partenaires, en les aidant à adopter les meilleurs logiciels de conception, d’ingénierie et de divertissement 3D du secteur, grâce à une expérience améliorée en matière d’installation et de gestion des licences.

Rôle hybride, à proximité d’un bureau à Montréal, Barcelone ou Bangalore.

Responsabilités

Vous collaborerez avec les parties prenantes pour identifier les besoins à l’aide d’analyses, de commentaires des clients et d’objectifs commerciaux. Vous déterminerez également l’aide au soutien au produit et découvrirez des plans de contenu omnicanaux axés sur le public pour faciliter l’installation et la gestion des licences des clients tout au long du parcours d’après-achat de tous les produits Autodesk

Vous concevrez et mettrez en œuvre des programmes pour permettre à l’équipe de la réussite technique de la clientèle de planifier, de développer et de gérer le cycle de vie complet du contenu de bout en bout pour atteindre ses objectifs, en identifiant les besoins des clients et les formats de contenu et les systèmes de livraison appropriés pour garantir aux clients des interactions positives et significatives avec nos produits et services

Vous allez créer et gérer des améliorations du contenu pour augmenter la consommation et la capacité de recherche du contenu de soutien à l’installation et de gestion des licences via des canaux numériques

Vous veillerez à ce que tous les utilisateurs disposent du contenu approprié au bon moment, en anticipant les demandes des clients, en dédupliquant les efforts et en réutilisant le contenu

Vous gérerez les nouvelles intégrations de contenu et le changement de marque des produits

Vous déterminerez les objectifs des initiatives de développement de contenu technique, et surveillerez, apprendrez et fournirez des recommandations exploitables pour améliorer l’efficacité du contenu

Vous guiderez et formerez le personnel de réussite technique de la clientèle aux meilleures pratiques de création de contenu, dans un souci d’efficacité et de qualité

Vous représenterez l’équipe de la réussite technique de la clientèle lors d’événements du secteur en interne et en externe (série technique, kiosque, présentation des produits)

Vous gagnerez en confiance et en autorité au sein d’un réseau de pairs et de collaborateurs grâce à la clarté, à l’alignement des idées et à la livraison des principaux résultats

Vous serez informé(e) des tendances du secteur, des technologies émergentes et des meilleures pratiques en matière de stratégie du contenu et de produits Autodesk, et vous intégrerez des informations pertinentes aux processus de l’équipe et aux pratiques pour favoriser une culture de l’innovation et du partage des connaissances

Exigences minimales

Vous avez au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans un rôle servant la clientèle ou dans le développement de produits lié à l’intégration, l’installation et la mise en œuvre de solutions informatiques ou dans un domaine similaire

Vous avez de l’expérience dans la conception de plans de contenu omnicanaux centrés sur l’audience et de leur mise en œuvre, y compris l’analyse du public et la gestion du cycle de vie complet du contenu, dont la rédaction et la modification de contenu technique clair et concis

Vous disposez d’une solide expérience en gestion de projets impliquant plusieurs équipes, de la conception à la conclusion, avec une capacité démontrée à transformer des plans stratégiques en tâches réalisables, ce qui apporte simplicité et ordre aux projets complexes et favorise l’avancement ainsi que l’amélioration continue

Vous faites usage d’une approche analytique, pratique et axée sur la mise en place de solutions, qui tient compte des objectifs et des priorités des collègues afin d’obtenir le résultat souhaité pour les clients

Vous comprenez les besoins de nos clients et partenaires et pouvez les traduire en stratégies et solutions de contenu efficaces

Expérience avec les systèmes de gestion de contenu, les outils de création et d’autres applications logicielles pertinentes

Une expérience dans la mise en œuvre de stratégies d’optimisation des moteurs de recherche est un atout

Une expérience avec des grands modèles de langage (LLM) est un atout

Vous parlez efficacement, simplifiez des concepts complexes et collaborez de manière positive à différents niveaux et dans de multiples zones géographiques

Vous avez une approche indépendante, et vous faites preuve de proactivité et d’une mentalité axée sur l’apprentissage et l’amélioration

Diplôme universitaire en ingénierie ou en informatique, ou expérience pratique équivalente
