We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR professional to join our growing team. As a vital member of our HR department, you will play a key role in supporting all aspects of the employee life cycle, from recruitment to retirement.
Partner with managers on the recruitment process, including job description development, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation
Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture
Manage employee relations, including handling leaves of absence, performance challenges, and employee concerns
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS system
Assist with benefits administration, ensuring employees understand and can utilize their benefits package
Good knowledge of Quebec Labour Law and regulations and ensure compliance within the organization
Develop HR programs and initiatives to promote employee engagement and retention
Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on all HR-related matters
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (preferred)
Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role
Bilingual French and English both spoken and written to speak with global partners
Strong understanding of Quebec Labour law and compliance regulations
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems (a plus)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
