Nutrition and Food Services

This position will involve working the Day, Evening and Weekendshifts. The shift is not to be interpreted as a

guarantee.

Under the direct supervision of the Food Services Supervisor,performs dietary duties as assigned. Assignment of

responsibilities may rotate within the schedule, determined by theSupervisor.

Qualifications:

* Minimum completion of Grade Ten

* Ontario Food Handler Training Certificate, current within thelast 5 years is required

* Knowledge of HACCP is an asset

* One year experience working in a large quantity kitchen wouldbe an asset

* Knowledge of computer software, large quantity productionequipment such as: stoves, ovens, grills, mixers,

blenders, peelers, vegetable chopper/dicer, meat slicer, mincer,microwave ovens, cash register

* Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English

* Must be able to communicate effectively (tasks related to skill‑ reading of work schedules, cleaning lists, and

communicating with fellow employees)

Salary Range: $24.883 to 25.227
