Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking an Intermediate Business Systems Analyst, for one of our key government clients.

Candidate MUST have the following:

Experience on Citrix to VDI migration projects; Infrastructure understanding; Legacy and diff tech stack understanding; Experience with network controls and port/access; and Profiling knowledge is an asset.

Candidate should have the following demonstrated experience:

Working in partnership with preferred vendors to understand product roadmaps and recommending new solutions and ideas to enhance business model; Using industry consulting methodologies to understand business requests/expected outcomes to translate and document them into requirements, prototypes, and/or technical solutions; Evaluating current business problems and providing advice on the applicability and usability of alternative technology products or solutions; Leading conversations in ambiguous situations and influences discussions to guide clients to made decisions/ come to resolution on outstanding items/ issues; Participating in meetings to communicate technical landscape and complexities to all relevant stakeholders; Working with businesses to identify prioritization conflicts and proposes alternative solutions or options; Rationalizing and documenting technology requirements that would match with proposed products/ services to address stakeholder needs; Working in partnership with internal colleagues and our external technical partners to investigate and research problems and provides solutions; Designing and delivering high quality solutions through system configuration and/or requesting technical development that meet overall business requirements; Designing, developing, and implementing functionality for required Human Resource processes; Working with business and IT teams to ensure business requirements are validated and system development goals are achieved; Performing regular system maintenance tasks, such as implementation of Releases and upgrades; Fulfilling operational or enhancement work requests as needed; and Comfortable working with ambiguity.
