Shift : Mon-Fri, 2.30pm to 11pm with opportunities for Overtime

The wage range for this position is $22.25 - 24.30/hour with $1/hr shift differential (Potential to earn additional $10,000 to $15,000 annually from Overtime) ; however, base pay offered may vary depending on factors such-as job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and market location. 

General Description:

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Train for all aspects of retread tire manufacturing including: inspecting and buffing tire carcasses, applying rubber compounds, curing, and quality control  Follow processes to ensure retread tire completion  Comply with all safety and liability guidelines and policies, including using protective safety equipment to ensure safe operation of machines  Any other duties requested by management  Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods of time, which may include light and heavy lifting, including commercial tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting 

Basic Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED  Must be at least 18 years of age  Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship now or in the future  Required to lift heavy materials, climb, stand, squat, bend and work at heights with or without reasonable accommodations Must be able to successfully complete all pre-employment criteria  Ability to work any and/or rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, or overtime if applicable  Basic computer skills 

Preferred Qualifications:

Fluent in French Previous experience in a manufacturing
