Tâches et Responsabilités:

Responsable de la gestion de la performance de notre équipe des comptes clients (12 membres) en ce qui concerne la gestion des déductions, le processus de retour, le crédit et les recouvrements.Établir des limites de crédit à l'interne pour les détaillants et les distributeurs canadiens, américains et internationaux.Gérer le processus d'escalade des questions de recouvrement et de résolution des litiges par une interaction directe avec les clients/la haute direction tout en maintenant l'intégrité de la base de clients de SharkNinja.Soutenir la gestion en fournissant des informations et des rapports sur les paiements et le solde des comptes en temps opportun et précis.Gérez des flux de travail définis pour le processus de déductions et de rétrofacturations.Tenir à jour l'analyse mensuelle du grand livre auxiliaire des comptes débiteurs.Gérer le rapport mensuel des autres comptes liés aux comptes débiteurs (c'est-à-dire les liquidités non appliquées, les crédits non réclamés, la compensation, la régularisation, les rétrofacturations).Établir des normes de travail, élaborer des objectifs ministériels et concevoir et maintenir des flux de travail et des procédures opérationnelles efficaces. Intégrez des initiatives d'excellence opérationnelle dans la mesure du possible.Élaborer et tenir à jour des rapports mensuels sur les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI)Encadrer, former, encadrer le personnel de RA et gérer et surveiller les performances continues.Gérer et mener à bien les projets spéciaux au fur et à mesure qu'ils se présentent.

Formation et Expérience:

Désignation créditée (PMC) ou diplôme d'études postsecondaires équivalent.Une expertise avérée dans la gestion du risque de créditMinimum de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle connexeExpérience en gestion d’une grande équipe.Une expérience antérieure avec de grands détaillants américains serait un atout.

Position Overview:

This position is responsible for providing support to the Senior Credit & AR Manager. The ideal candidate will focus primarily on performing credit limit reviews based on financial analysis, credit & collection activities, dispute management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing the performance of our Accounts Receivable Team of (12 members) regarding deduction management, returns process, credit and collections.Setting up credit limits internally for Canadian, U.S., and international retailers and distributors.Manage escalation process of collection matters and dispute resolution by direct interaction with Customers/Senior Management while maintaining the integrity of SharkNinja’ s receivable base.Support Management by providing timely and accurate payment and account balance information and reporting.Maintain defined workflows for the deductions and chargebacks process.Maintain monthly analysis of the AR sub ledger.
• Manage the monthly reconciliation of other AR related accounts (i.e. unapplied cash, unclaimed credits, clearing, accrual, chargebacks,).
• Establish work standards, develop departmental objectives, and design/maintain effective workflows and operating procedures. Incorporate operational excellence initiatives where possible.
• Develop and maintain monthly key metrics reporting (KPIs)
• Coach, train, mentor AR staff and manage & monitor ongoing performance.
• Handle and complete special projects as they arise.

Attributes and Skills:

Strong financial analysis skills.Strong leadership skills and ability to lead a large team in achieving corporate goals.Excellent communication skills both oral and written in French and English The knowledge of the English language is required as we are working with our headquarters located in Needham Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with strong emphasis on Excel.Excellent organizational skills & high level of detail orientation.Experienced in interacting with large sales organizations, offering excellence in customer service.

Education and Experience:

Credit Designation (CCP) or equivalent post-secondary education.Proven expertise in credit risk managementMinimum 3-5 years related work experience Leading a large team.Previous experience dealing with Large US Retailers would be an asset.
