Responsable d'identifier les fournisseurs, négocier et obtenir la matière et les services requis sous sa responsabilité. Ce mandat est pour le réaménagement de notre usine, dans un contexte de croissance

Responsabilités
· Identifier les fournisseurs pour achats indirects (construction et outils pour la fabrication)
· Revoir et bonifier les demandes de soumission en collaboration avec l'équipe de gestion
Négocier les ententes les plus favorables pour l'entreprise (coûts, délais et conformité)
· Accompagner le fournisseur dans le processus "Complyworks " (conformité environnement, santé et sécurité)
· Faire le suivi de l'avancement des travaux (construction) et de la livraison des outils
· Supporter proactivement le processus de paiement des fournisseurs
Suivre la performance de livraison à temps des fournisseurs

Qualifications
· Maitrise d'un ERP (SAP préférablement) et de la suite office
· Expérience en analyse de contrats complexes
Minimum de 3 d'expérience en achats indirects avec expérience en construction

ENGLISH SUMMARY/DESCRIPTION
Summary
Responsible for identifying suppliers, negotiating and obtaining the required material and services under his/her responsibility. This mandate is for the redevelopment of our plant, in a context of growth

Responsibilities
· Identify suppliers for indirect procurement (construction and manufacturing tools)
· Review and improve requests for quotes in collaboration with the management team
· Negotiate the most favorable agreements for the company (costs, deadlines and compliance)
· Supporting the supplier in the "Complyworks " process (environmental, health and safety compliance)
· Monitor the progress of the work (construction) and the delivery of tools
· Proactively support the supplier payment process
· Track suppliers' on-time delivery performance

Qualifications
· Knowledge of an ERP (SAP preferably) and the office suite
· Experience in analyzing complex contracts
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in indirect procurement with experience in construction
