Job Description Assist with work orders as received for various responsibilities throughout the site. Maintain a clean working environment. Arrange furniture and equipment for special events or office moves. Assisting with set up and tear down of Pilot Plants. Assist skilled tradesman. Participate in meetings and training to gather information and skills to perform certain functions. Respond to emergency situations during and after hours to resolve immediate safety concerns. Transport tools, supplies and equipment. Set up with functions around site BBQ’s, large meetings and social functions. Prepare written materials ( activity logs, truck log books and inspections. Perform preventative maintenance duties on various equipment (dust collectors, roof top fans, onsite vehicles, ventilation hoods, etc… Snow removal Grounds Keep Maintain a clean and orderly work environment

Qualifications

Specific technical skills: Forklift license or previous 2-years of experience a strong asset. Must be able to read, understand and follow work instructions in a safe, accurate and timely manner. Candidates must be proficient in using various types of computer software (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.). Candidates must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work well with others & independently. Proven time management skills and a strong attention to detail. Works well under pressure. Extended hours and shift work may be required from time to time. Ensures full compliance with the company’s Health & Safety, Code of Integrity, and Professional Conduct policies.
