Maintenance of site equipment. Completion of preventative and predictive maintenance inspections and electrical and/or mechanical repairs for all equipment within area of responsibility. Execute daily assigned work orders and accurate account for parts utilization.  Manage through emergency breakdowns. Support in root cause analysis and prevention of future downtime events. Work collaboratively with operators and other classifications across the site to reduce downtime, safety and quality risks. Qualifications

Qualifications

Certified Journeyman Electrician (Alberta or Red Seal); certified Power Engineer would be an asset Experience maintaining industrial equipment in a past-paced environment Experience with predictive maintenance, instrumentation, PLC’s, and/or VFD’s would be an asset Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Able to work independently with minimal supervision Able to prioritize multiple important priorities Able to lift > 50 lbs, walk stairways, bend and twist, and stand up to 12 hours per day
