Hierzu suchen wir an den Standorten Köln und Düsseldorf nach motivierten Enterprise Architect (m/w/d) mit nachweisbaren Erfolgen in der Architekturberatung bei Versicherungen.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Als Enterprise Architect (m/w/d) unterstützen Sie unsere Kunden bei der Digitalen Transformation. Sie formulieren Zielbilder für Fach- und IT-Architekturen, legen Architekturrichtlinien (technologisch / fachlich) fest und beschreiben strategische Roadmaps zur Abbildung und Realisierung zukünftiger Geschäfts-und Betriebsmodelle. Zudem beraten Sie in Ihrer Querschnittsfunktion die komplexen und teilweise unternehmensweiten Transformationsprojekte unserer Kunden. Dazu kennen Sie die Abhängigkeit zwischen den Lösungskomponenten, identifizieren Verbesserungspotentiale und entwerfen neue und zukunftsweisende Standards. Die stetige Verbesserung der Effizienz in Bezug auf Funktion, Sicherheit und Wirtschaftlichkeit ist dabei Ihr Antrieb, die Analyse komplexer Systemlandschaften und die Erarbeitung Ihrer innovativen Ideen im Dialog mit dem Kunden ist Ihre persönliche Leidenschaft.

Sie nehmen darüber hinaus eine führende Rolle in unternehmensweiten Mitarbeiterveranstaltungen sowie externen Veranstaltungen ein, um Expertenwissen auszutauschen bzw. Markt- und Industrieexpertise nachhaltig zu vertiefen und die Bekanntheit von CGI bei Kunden und in lokalen Märkten zu steigern.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium und sind ein anerkannter Experte für Anwendungs- oder Enterprise-Architekturen in komplexen Geschäftsmodellen und Systemlandschaften einer Versicherungsgesellschaft. Zu Ihren Kompetenzen zählen:

• Verständnis für Geschäftsmodelle und Prozesse von Versicherungen sowie deren Architekturen insb. vor dem Hintergrund der Digitalen Transformation
• Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen mit EA-Methoden, Frameworks und Governance-Strukturen
• Hohe Kommunikations- und Motivationsfähigkeit sowie Vernetzung auch im multikulturellen, internationalen Umfeld
• Starke Kundenorientierung
• Fachliche Mitarbeiterführung
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Außer dem fachlichen Know-how zeichnet Sie soziale Kompetenz aus. Sie sind fähig, aktiv zuzuhören und Kundenanforderungen fundiert zu analysieren. Ein überzeugendes Auftreten, Spaß an teamorientiertem Arbeiten sowie geistige Flexibilität kennzeichnen Sie.
