As a member of the CDR team, the Coordinator provides systems support and planning in relation to customer requests, carriers and other Groupe Robert departments. In addition to his administrative role, the Coordinator is the fundamental pivot of the quality of the information put into the systems, as well as the logistics of the operational production of the customer's request.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

▪ Coordinate operation demand communications with stakeholders;
▪ Plan demand scheduling in connection with shipments and receipt of merchandise;
▪ Coordinate and assign tasks to various stakeholders;
▪ Plan and releases to be efficient and according to customer priorities;
▪ Ensure and coordinate appointment scheduling;
▪ Validate and question compliance of new customer requests according to contractual agreements;
▪ Ensure information is updated to date in systems;
▪ Create the necessary documentation related to the receipt and shipment of merchandise;
▪ Ensure and apply industry Quality Standards (Food, Aerospace etc...);
▪ Apply procedures in accordance with regulations (e.g. National Security, Haccp etc);
▪ Communicate receiving and shipping information to customer;
▪ Participate in internal investigations related to the Dive process (When required);
▪ Participates in administrative tasks inherent to the position;
▪ Apply receiving and shipping standards in terms of documentation;
▪ Analyze various sector performance monitoring data;
▪ Apply all policies and procedures related to his/her position;
▪ Any other related to the job.

In order to join Groupe Robert's team, you must have:

▪ More than 5 years' experience supervising
staff
▪ Intermediate computer skills (Excel,
Word, Outlook)
▪ Experience with customer service
▪ Able to carry out several mandates at the same time
(Versatility)
