The normal work schedule is 9 hours per day, including the meal period, equivalent to 40 paid hours per week.

Responsibilities 

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Logistics Clerk is responsible for:Receiving material from suppliers in our IT Guide system; 

Verifying if received quantities and products match what is indicated on the purchase order available in the computer system.Receiving materials from suppliers in our Guide TI system.Entering receipt data into the warehouse manifest (Excel file).Preparing air or road shipments.Tracking goods in the Val-d'Or distribution center.Filing documentation.Verifying if warehouse quantities match inventory quantities in the system.Maintaining outdoor and indoor storage areas to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of two (2) to five (5) years of experience in warehouse and handling of goods.Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively, even in demanding situations.Ability to travel to the mining site to become familiar with the site and facilities.Ability to handle parcels weighing more than 40 pounds.Strong sense of customer service and collaboration with peers.Valid driver's license.

Assets 

Good knowledge of MS Office suite software.Knowledge of air transport procedures.Due to frequent interactions with French-speaking team members, bilingualism (French/English) is an asset to facilitate and enhance our internal communications.
