Overnight Concierge

Situated in Ottawa’s east end at 100 & 200 Frontier Path Private in Gloucester, Frontier & Latitude offers residents designer appointed, open concept apartment suites. We are currently looking for a customer focused, energetic Overnight Concierge to join our team on a full-time basis.

The hours for this position will be Tuesday to Saturday 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

What you will do:

•Greeting building tenants and guests;

•Regular patrolling buildings and ensuring entrances are secure;

•Attending to tenant/guest inquiries in a professional manner (ie: order taxis, open front door, assist with packages, etc.);

•Coordinating guest suites and common room bookings;

•Ensuring entrance parking areas and driveways are maintained (no unauthorized parking);

•Maintaining a neat and tidy working area, including main lobby and exterior entrances (entrance glass cleaning, litter pick up around immediate lobby areas, etc.);

•Ensuring lobby/entrance/common rooms are kept clean & tidy;

•Other duties as assigned.

 Who you are:

•Well-developed customer service skills;

•Excellent oral communication skills;

•Able to work as part of a team and independently;

•Positive, honest, and motivated;

•Previous concierge experience is considered an asset.
