Résumé du poste

Créerune atmosphère accueillante aux clients de l’hôtel, des restaurants et des banquets. En charge de venir en aide pour le transport des bagages,paquets et colis des clients vers la chambre ou les transports de ces derniers. S’assurer que le départ des clients se fait sans encombre.

Principales responsabilités 

Accueillir les clients qui arriventà l’hôtel et leurs souhaiter la bienvenue, si possible en utilisant leur nom ; 

Faire la gestion des bagages des clients de l’arrivée jusqu’au départ. Diriger les clients vers la réception pour l’enregistrement et le départ ; 

S’assurer du bon fonctionnement du trafic à l’intérieur de l’espace de l’hôtel en dirigeant les voitures et taxis convenablement ; 

Assister les clients avec itinéraires, recommandations et information sur la ville et ses activités. Appeler des taxis si demandés. Faire le transport des bagages ; 

Interagir avec les clients avec le plus haut niveau d’hospitalité et professionnalisme, les assister avec toutes questions générales de l’hôtel – tel que services proposés à l’hôtel, heures d’ouvertures, employés clefs, évènements dans l’hôtel ; 

Saluer toutes personnes passant par la porte d’entrée et s’assurer qu’elles n’ont pas besoin d’assistance ;

Se soumettre aux règles et standards Four Seasons comme décris dans le manuel le Manuel de l’employé;

Travailler harmonieusement et professionnellement avec tous les collègues et superviseurs ;

S’assurer que les espaces extérieurs, d’entreposage des bagages et l’entrée soient toujours propres ;

Assister les concierges dans leurs responsabilités et devoirs en cas de besoin ; 

Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe aux fonctions ;

Se soumettre aux règles et standards Four Seasons comme décris dans le manuel le Manuel de l’employé;

Qualifications et compétences souhaitées

Disponible pour travailler à n'importe quel quart de travail, y compris le matin, l'après-midi, le soir et la nuit;

Bonne communication en français et en anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit (niveau intermédiaire);

Connaissances de base du centre-ville de Montréal ainsi que des points d’intérêt culturels et culinaires de la ville ; 

Avoir une bonne résistance au stress et le gérer de manière positive et efficace ;

Être à l’aise dans un environnement à cadence rapide ;

Faire preuve d’un très bon esprit d’équipe ;

Intérêt et aptitude à offrir un service hors pair à nos clients internes, externes et nos fournisseurs ; 

Être organisé, méticuleux et débrouillard ;

1-2 ansd’expérience dans un poste similaire(un atout) ;

Job Summary 

Creates a welcoming atmosphere for guests of the hotel, restaurant and banquets. In charge of helping with the transportation of guest luggages, packages and parcels from the room to the method of transportation. Ensures the guest’s departure is flawless. 

Core Responsibilities

Welcome guests arriving at the hotel, if possible by using their name;

Manage guest luggage from time of arrival till time of departure. Direct guests to the front desk;

Ensure proper flow of traffic within the area around the hotel and direct cars and taxisaccordingly;

Help guests with itineraries, recommendationsand information about the city and its activities. Call taxis when requested to. Transport guest luggage;

Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events;

Greet all persons who pass by the hotel’s entrance and offer them assistance;

Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in Employee Manual; 

Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors;

Provides a high level of cleanliness in the lobby and luggage storage room;

Assists guests at the Concierge Desk if need be;

Accomplish all other associated tasks;

Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in Employee Manual; 

Desired Qualifications and Skills

Available to work at any shift including, morning, afternoon, evening and overnight;

Ability to communicate in French and English, both orally and in writing (Intermediate level);

Basic knowledge of Downtown Montréal as well as its main cultural and culinary points of interest;

Have a good resistance to stress and manage it positively and effectively;

Be comfortable in a fast-paced environment;

Demonstrate a very good team spirit

Interest and ability to provide outstanding service to our internal, external customers and our suppliers;

Be organized, meticulous and resourceful;

1-2 years’ experience in a similar position;

Post-secondary degree in hotel management, administration or related field.
