Store - TOR-SCARBOROUGH, ONDiriger et soutenir la gestion des stocks et des normes de présentation des
marchandises. Planifier et soutenir l’obtention d’un magasin aux marchandises bien
présentées et approvisionné dans lequel les clients magasineront. Aider les clients à
magasiner et à trouver ce qu’ils recherchent. Offrir un service à la clientèle courtois.

Activités principales

Aider le directeur du magasin à gérer et à assurer le respect des procédures opérationnelles normalisées (PON) et des programmes de l’entreprise pour assurer la conformité aux lois et règlements applicables, assurer la mise en pratique des politiques et des normes de l’entreprise et tenir l’équipe responsable des conditions du magasin et des résultats obtenus. Gérer et soutenir le processus de livraison par camion et diriger les équipes afin de s’assurer que les normes sont respectées. Atteindre les IRC et gérer les membres d’équipe afin qu’ils atteignent les IRC liés à leur poste. Gérer, exécuter et soutenir le processus des planogrammes (POG) selon les normes. Gérer, exécuter et soutenir le processus d’affichage des promotions hebdomadaires et de la pose des affiches des offres quotidiennes. Aider avec le processus de compte de l’argent et des dépôts bancaires. Effectuer les processus liés aux stocks, ce qui comprend les retours aux fournisseurs (RAF) et les activités d’avis préalables à l’expédition (APE). Superviser les activités liées au comptoir latéral de liquidation et des marchandises vendues telles quelles. Révision effectuée en février. Gérer et exécuter les programmes de prévention des pertes et de sécurité. Agir en tant que gérant en service (GES) Respecter les normes de présentation visuelle des marchandises pour les montages saisonniers et l’espace de présentation. Aider avec les entrevues, le processus d’intégration, l’encadrement, l’observation et la formation des nouveaux membres d’équipe, soutenir les activités de développement des talents, participer aux activités de gestion du rendement de l’équipe et utiliser les compétences de leadership pour assurer le développement personnel continu. Interagir avec les autres de façon acceptable et respectueuse, rester positif et respectueux même dans les situations difficiles, faire la promotion de l’engagement envers la vision et les valeurs de l’entreprise, projeter une image positive et servir de modèle pour les autres. Accueillir les clients, les aider à trouver les produits et offrir des solutions. Aider avec les processus omnicanaux. Être formé pour la vente et la production dans l’encadrement sur mesure.

Exigences physiques

• Habileté à rester debout pendant de longues périodes • Habileté à se déplacer dans le magasin • Se courber, soulever, transporter, atteindre et s’étirer fréquemment • Soulever des boîtes lourdes et accéder à des étagères élevées à l’aide d’une échelle ou d’un équipement similaire. • Si vous avez besoin d’aide pour effectuer ces tâches de votre travail, veuillez communiquer avec un superviseur pour entamer un processus interactif et trouver un accommodement raisonnable

Environnement de travail

• Environnement de magasin de détail public à prendre soin des clients ; toutes les aires publiques sont climatisées ; quelques entrepôts peuvent ne pas être climatisés ; il se peut que du travail à l’extérieur vous soit assigné (recueillir les paniers de magasinage ou pendant le déchargement des camions) ; l’atelier d’encadrement comporte une machine de coupe du verre et une presse à chaud ; les heures de travail comprennent les soirs, les fins de semaine et tôt le matin.
