Job Description:

Access control and customer service Managing contractor sign in/out process Managing temporary contract card access, conducting audits as required by management emergency response Responsible for the completion and submission of all site related paperwork Maintain the highest standard of security at all times, being professional in attitude, appearance and application Maintain work flow to ensure that all daily, weekly and monthly tasks and assignments are completed in an accurate and timely manner and forwarded to management Ensuring a safe and effective working environment by the proper use of all equipment and resources; maintain compliance with established health and safety policies and procedures Initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments CCTV Monitoring (relieving the Security Desks as required) Fire Alarm Monitoring and Central Alarm and Fire department communications Tenant communication Audit and activity reporting Supporting the card admin with admin duties, large tenant projects Scanning of documents relating to security and maintaining of digital backups Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook Good knowledge of security technology (CCTV, Access Control, Incident Management Software and other security-related system) CCURE is an asset Prerequisites:
Immunization Record (Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and TB skin tests 1 and 2) Must have a Valid Ontario Security Guard License Must have a valid (WSIB-Approved) First Aid and CPR Level-C Certification Must be proficient in English (both oral and written) Must be willing to complete a Vulnerable Sector Check upon offer of employment Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with 2 dose minimum. Proof required.  #IND2
