Due to continual growth, we are in need of a dynamic and outgoing individual to join our Production Team in the role of an Assembly Technician.

About the job:
  • Hands-on assembly of mixers, comprising electric motors, shafts, and other components while using basic tools and machinery.
  • Attention to detail in following Quality Control measures related to the assembly of components is essential.
  • Our facilities are organized and clean, and the staff is supportive.
  • The office hours are 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 pm Monday - Friday with 1 hour for a lunch break.

About you:
  • A good mechanical aptitude.
  • You have strong attention to detail relating to hands-on assembly processes.
  • A good understanding of basic quality control requirements.
  • Able to continually produce a quality assembly.
  • Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or assembly-related environment.
  • Physically fit and able to handle some minor lifting while assembling components.
  • Committed to working safely at all times.
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills
  • Reliable team player with good customer service abilities.
  • Shipping/Receiving experience.
  • Forklift operator certificate.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience dealing with Vendors.

Nice To Have:
  • Reading general product drawings.
  • Experience in Production Scheduling.
  • Experience working with inventory control.
