Location Reko Diq Mine Site – Balochistan Qualification Master’s degree will be preferred (Sociology/Social Work/ Social Sciences) Experience At least 5 years of relevant experience Requirements Command on Microsoft Office Fluent in reading, writing, speaking and interpreting in Balochi language, required. Fluent in reading, writing, speaking and interpreting in Brahovi , Urdu, English language, preferable. Responsibilities Facilitate effective two-way engagement with stakeholders, built on honesty, transparency and trust bases.  Co-develop and maintain a registry of local stakeholders with the aim of keeping the database of the surrounding communities to the Project. Stakeholders include communities, traditional leaders, local and regional government officials, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), vulnerable groups, representative organizations etc.). Maintain a transparent, proactive and effective relationship with stakeholders in the Project’s area of influence through the implementation of the Stakeholder Engagement Plan. This involves: Developing communication techniques and monitoring tools, developing key messages, analyzing and evaluating queries, complaints and emerging issues, and monitoring activities in the field.  Facilitate in conducting CDCs monthly meetings.  Ensure stakeholders are sensitized and updated on Project activities and presence. Implement the Project’s Grievance Mechanism by communicating the mechanism to stakeholders, and raising, recording and overseeing the investigation and resolvement of complaints and grievances in a timely manner. Facilitate participatory diagnostic workshops with the various Community Development Committees; identify the needs and problems of the selected communities; facilitate the prioritization of needs and the identification of achievable community development initiatives. Manage community development projects; Prepare terms of reference, establish performance indicators and monitor activities in the field with the implementing agencies and participate in activities to measure the impact of the programs. Carry out social and economic monitoring activities in our communities, as well as monitoring the impacts (positive and negative) of our operations to support the development of consultation, evaluation and action techniques. Undertake induction and awareness training programs for employees, contractors and consultants to ensure that all workforce are properly briefed on community affairs issues and the messages are properly communicated. Monitor population influx in surrounding communities and towns and implement population influx management program in collaboration with planning authorities. Support Supply Chain with the identification of local business opportunities to be included in the local supplier development program. Support and monitor compliance with the Company’s social targets, such as local hiring and local purchasing. Support the coordination and execution of training aimed at companies in the process of formation within the local supplier development program and the identification of technical training needs in the communities. Assist Community Manager and officers in their activities.
