Role:

We're looking for a dynamic leader experienced in Retail or Food & Beverage with exceptional team leadership and organizational skills. This role reports to the Senior Outlets Manager and the Director of Retail, holding a pivotal position in our establishment. You'll oversee daily operations at the retail store and Market cafe, focusing on sales, customer service, and efficiency.

Key Focus:

Inventory Management:

Manage shop inventory to ensure it is well-stocked and organized

Assist in purchasing decisions, monitor inventory levels and reorder merchandise as needed

Staffing and Team Management:

Hire, train, and supervise staff members

Enforce procedures and policies, ensuring compliance

Foster a positive work environment and motivate the team for optimal performance

Operations:

Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency

Uphold industry and company standards for guest service and consistency

Collaborate with other departments to facilitate communication and teamwork

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards

Financial Management:

Manage daily payroll and labor costs

Create incentive programs to motivate employees and drive sales

Customer Service:

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively

Lead by example in providing excellent customer service

Cultivate a consistent service culture focused on customer satisfaction

Experience and Educational Requirements:

Proven supervisory or managerial experience in Retail or F&BStrong decision-making skills in fast-paced environmentsTrack record of achieving sales targets and analyzing dataProficiency in financial transactions and excellent communication skillsDrive to succeed and work independentlyExceptional organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
