Job Description:We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our kitchen team as General Kitchen Staff. In this role, you will assist in the daily operations of our kitchen under the supervision of the head chef and kitchen manager. Responsibilities: 

  • Food Preparation: Assisting with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling dishes according to established recipes.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and maintaining equipment.
  • Stock Management: Receiving, storing, and rotating stock, ensuring all ingredients are properly labeled and stored.
  • Assisting in Service: Supporting the kitchen team during service times by plating dishes, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining food quality standards.
Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and take direction from superiors.
