Job summary

We are currently looking for a  Solution Security Architect  to join the architecture team and to play a crucial role in Bond’s success. You will provide architecture and technology leadership to solution delivery teams as they develop end to end solutions, and integrations with evolving Bond’s and customer’s ecosystems.

You will have key involvement in delivering our initiatives by providing technical expertise and counsel ensuring delivery teams and business partners understand the architectural options. A Solution Security Architect recommends solutions considering total cost of ownership, risks, and leverage of existing assets.

A Solution Security Architect possess a balanced mix of technical and business skills, as you will often work with business and technical leaders in the organization. This role requires leadership and involvement in all stages of the solution definition, from the conceptual architecture creation to the solution development and definition, and even more specific areas depending on skills and interests.

As Solution Architect, you will :

Act as a central player within the project teams, derive solution definition performing: Requirement analysis Solution Design Document solution Problem solving with the different teams Implementation follow up Develop solution architecture artifacts/documentation and present the solution to internal and external stakeholders. Contribute to defining architecture, application design and integration best practices, standards, and patterns. Assist in defining and promoting an architecture governance framework supporting architecture strategy, coding standards, policies, and guiding principles. Mentor the technical delivery teams and tackle the development of new capabilities and proof of concepts.  Provide coaching and assistance in troubleshooting complex implementation and design issues. Drive the adoption and use of the latest tools, technologies, and methodologies for solution development. Contribute to development of roadmaps and associated plans. Maintain a developer knowledge base for on-boarding, risks, standards, and lessons learned repository. As a subject matter expert, you participate in and contribute to Communities of Practice Contribute to architecture and solution peer-reviews. Participate in pre & post-implementation code reviews to ensure solution compliance with design and development processes and standards,  Identify framework gaps and future enhancements 

As a Security Architect, you will:

Work closely with project teams to provide security input into solution designs. Ensure that all IT solutions align with our enterprise security architecture. Work closely with security operations team providing input into security enhancements. Comply with security policies, frameworks, and standards. Stay current with security threats, vulnerabilities, and emerging technologies. Maintain knowledge and skills in security architecture, security operations and related fields. Participate in cybersecurity troubleshooting and investigation. Provide expert advice and contribute to security best practices. Governance and Risk Management: Assist the Compliancy, IT Risk and SecOps teams in information security governance tasks. Participate in risk assessments and vulnerability management. Contribute to security policies, procedures, and guidelines. Collaborate with other DE teams, business units, and external partners to address security challenges. Communicate security requirements effectively to stakeholders.

As a Solution Security Architect, you bring :

Exceptional communication skills Demonstrated knowledge & experience in: Cloud/Azure architecture framework Data architecture and modeling. Integration patterns and best practices. Security flows and patterns. Experience and deep understanding of security aspects of solutions including SSO, authentication/authorization, and identity management. Ability to quickly adopt the functions and capabilities of new technologies. Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations. Ability to quickly evaluate options, make decisions and execute within a high paced environment with multiple stakeholders. Solid understanding of data management and best practices. Technical skills and knowledge: Azure Cloud technologies. SOA, Microservices and Event- driven architecture. Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and caching patterns. Enterprise security including SAMLv2, OAuth, AD, LDAP, IPsec, SSL/TLS, firewalls. certificates, key management.  Knowledge of mobile device solutions (iOS, Android) and it’s security.

Hands-on experience with architecture frameworks (i.e. WAF) and security best practices. Azure Solution Architect and Security certification is strong assets.

You have :

10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Security, Architecture. 5+ years of experience in Security architecture. 5+ years of Architecture experience. Post-secondary education in computer science or equivalent.  Strong time management skills applied to successful solution delivery.
