POSITIONSUMMARY

Hybrid(3 days per week)

The DataArchitects role is to plan coordinate architect and supervise allactivities related to the

integration ofsoftware programs applications and thirdparty solutions as requiredto meet the business

requirements. Conductworkshops with customers business and IT teams and capture documentand

summarize the business requirementsprioritize business use cases and define implementation

roadmap Provide solutions for variety of Data andAnalytics requirements from customers such as

Greenfield EDW Data Lake Implementation Data EstateModernization Tools / Technology comparison

andselection etc. Create Architecture and highlevel design for data& analytics solutions provide effort

estimates for large EDW / Data Lake implementations guidetechnical team of deliverables and get the

solution implemented conduct proof of concepts and createdifferentiating assets conduct trainings and

workshops on new technologies andtrends.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategy &Planning

Develop and maintainenterprise data architecture strategy for theorganization.

Orchestrate Data and AnalyticsSolutions projects and corresponding strategies betweenbusiness

units and development teams.

Ensure that planning and practices are aligned withstrategic business goals and the companys

overall strategic vision.

Developstandards and processes to support and facilitate data andanalytics projects and initiatives.

Develop andlead innovations related to Enterprise Data Architecture andframeworks supporting

Enterprise DataArchitecture strategy.

Acquisition &Deployment

Research and makerecommendations on products and services in support of procurementand

development efforts.

Collaborate with analysts business users and functional users inthe testing of Data and Analytics

solutions.

Lead architectureimplementation and testing phase of Enterprise Data Architectureprojects in order

to identify and remedypotential problem areas.

Build relationshipswith BPMO Data Analysts Business Analysts end users and functionalteams to

gain an understanding of architecturesand required functionality.

Build relationshipswith vendors of application software deployed in the organizationsIT environment

to learn about and providefeedback on their technical integration capabilities.

OperationalManagement

Ensure the collectionand coherent interpretation of the various business processesaffected by

Enterprise Solutionsefforts.

Work diligently to enhance or improvebusiness processes or as necessary minimize the impact of

Enterprise Data Architecture Solutions projects on thoseprocesses.

Evaluate results of EnterpriseSolutions projects then report and make recommendations basedon

findings.

Where necessaryprovide guidance to junior members of theteam.

QUALIFICATIONS:

10 years of overall experience in architecting andbuilding data and analytics solutions including

Azure Data platform implementation.

Proven experience in overseeing the linking of crossfunctionalapplications between disparate

business unitsand systems.

Deep understanding of ETLreporting data modeling concepts and data warehousearchitecture

Experienced in analysis designdata modelling and effort estimation.

Experience in working with SAP SAP BW SAP HANA as sources and dataextraction from SAP

sources toEDW/Azure.

Hands on experience of working withAzure cloud components like Azure Data Factory AzureStream

Analytics EventHub Azure Synapse (SQLData Warehouse) Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS) and

DataBricks

Experience with relationaldatabases such as SAP HANA Oracle SQL Server or MySQL andnon

relational databases such as MongoDB orCassandra

Proficiency in SQL python and dataanalysis tools

Experience working withExperience with AI/ML solutions will be preferred

Experience with data archival and data retention acrossthe organization

Experience with datagovernance and regulatory compliance

Strongleadership and communication skills with the ability to collaboratewith crossfunctional teams

and provide technicalguidance to the data architecture team.

Experience with change management with respect to people processesand technologies

Excellent communicationpresentation and interpersonal skills

Experienced in working in a customer facing role.
