Office Clerk

Our NAPA/CMAX store in L'Orignal is looking for a part-time Office Clerk for 20 hours per week

Take advantage of a flexible schedule from 8:00-12:00

Customer service is your trademark and you are always able to find an alternative solution to meet the needs of customers?

You will be responsible for :

• Validation of employee hours
• Follow-up on purchases, invoicing, accounts receivables, cash balances, and statements with clients
• Record different customer payments and deposits
• Answer phone calls
• Perform various clerical tasks (filing, data entry, photocopying, etc.).

To join our team, you need:

• 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role;
• Knowledge of MS Office, great sense of organization and autonomy.
• Bilinguism
