Que fait le spécialiste de portefeuille de souscription à Northbridge?

Le spécialiste de portefeuille de souscription est chargé de superviser les comptes majeurs du secteur des solutions en matière de garanties du service des risques spéciaux. Il établit des relations avec des partenaires externes clés, s’occupe des activités courantes liées aux comptes, cerne les tendances et veille à la rentabilité des comptes dans le respect des directives de souscription. Il rédige également des contrats et de nouveaux processus afin de répondre aux besoins de chaque compte. De plus, le titulaire du poste établit et entretient des relations à l’interne avec le service des risques spéciaux, le service de l’indemnisation, le service juridique, le service actuariel, le service des renseignements organisationnels et de l’analytique, le service des technologies de l’information et le service de la comptabilité, afin d’assurer au mieux la continuité de l’analyse. 

Le spécialiste de portefeuille de souscription entretient des relations durables avec les intervenants internes et externes, et adore mettre à profit ses solides compétences techniques pour s’assurer que les risques sont bien évalués. Il veille à la qualité de la sélection des risques et de la tarification afin de maximiser la rentabilité de la souscription et d’accroître la part de marché dans le secteur des solutions en matière de garanties et des produits connexes. Il utilise également ses compétences techniques et de gestion de compte pour établir le prix des garanties, rédiger des ententes, surveiller le rendement des comptes et suivre l’évolution des tendances.

Vous possédez ce qui suit :

Expérience en souscription d’assurance de dommages (expérience dans le domaine des garanties et des contrats de service, un atout)

Capacité à formuler et à comprendre le libellé des contrats

Capacité à créer et à tenir à jour des feuilles de calcul et des classeurs Excel

Connaissance des principes comptables en assurance, dont les facteurs influant le revenu, les réserves, les comptes clients et les comptes fournisseurs

Capacité à suivre les tendances et l’évolution du portefeuille afin de cerner les points à surveiller en matière de ratios sinistres-primes.
