Face au succès grandissant de nos équipements, nous cherchons à renforcer nos équipes, et nous recherchons notre futur(e) Gestionnaire Administratif et Financier H/F basé au Canada – Montréal pour la gestion de plusieurs filiales du groupe

Mission

En tant que Gestionnaire Administratif et Financier vous interviendrez pour les différentes filiales du groupe.


Voici vos principaux cœurs de métier :

  • Grâce à des techniques d’automatisation, vous participerez à l’enregistrement des pièces justificatives comptables (achats, frais généraux…)

  • Vous êtes garant de la gestion des actes administratifs et financiers nécessaires au bon développement de l’entreprise

  • Vous veillerez au respect des échéances déclaratives des sociétés ainsi qu’aux règles et aux procédures comptables du Groupe

L’objectif ? Garantir le bon fonctionnement administratif et financier pour plusieurs filiales en effectuant le suivi de la trésorerie et en établissant les situations comptables et sociales nécessaires.

Plusieurs notions pourraient être abordées, en fonction de votre profil :

  • Suivi de la trésorerie tout au long de l’année

  • Etablissement et suivi de budget de résultats ou de trésorerie

  • Suivi des écarts entre les prévisions et la réalité

  • Saisie comptable et lettrage

  • Déclarations fiscales

  • Gestion des relances fournisseurs

  • Gestion des paiements fournisseurs (préparation des paiements)

  • Suivi de tableau de bord

Cet environnement en pleine croissance permet de nombreux contacts avec des interlocuteurs variés : dirigeants, commissaires aux comptes, banquiers, clients, fournisseurs, équipes financières des filiales, contrôleurs de gestion, RAF, auditeurs, consolideurs…

Profil

De formation bac +3 à Bac + 5, nous avons plusieurs opportunités à proposer avec des perspectives d’évolution interne à la clé. Nous sommes ouverts à l’expérience de chacun pour attribuer les rôles et le bon poste.
