The Lazaridis School of Business & Economics (Lazaridis School) at Wilfrid Laurier University invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor in the OB/HRM area, commencing July 1, 2025 . This will be an entry level position and advanced Assistant Professor candidates will not be considered. This position is subject to budgetary approval.

Successful applicants for this position must have:

A PhD (or completion of a PhD within one year of employment start date) with an emphasis in Organizational Behaviour, Human Resources, or a related discipline, Demonstrated exceptional research potential, including demonstrated ability to publish in top-tier journals in the field and to maintain a highly productive research agenda, Demonstrated ability to communicate the relevance of their research to academic and business audiences, Demonstrated ability to effectively teach courses at the undergraduate and/or graduate (MBA or research-based MSc/PhD) levels, Interest in mentoring MSc/PhD students and supporting their academic and professional development, Willingness and capacity to take on service responsibilities as may be required, Strong commitment to collegiality, and ability and willingness to work collaboratively within the department and the broader academic community.
