Bylex Electrique Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a leading electrical engineering company, we specialize in delivering innovative and sustainable solutions to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery within specified timelines and budgets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers and technicians, to ensure projects are executed with the highest level of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
- Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and timelines
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or roadblocks
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
- Manage project resources, including manpower and equipment, and ensure they are utilized effectively
- Analyze project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize impact
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols
- Prepare and present project reports, including financial and performance metrics, to senior management
- Foster a collaborative and cohesive team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the electrical engineering industry
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the electrical engineering field
- PMP certification is a plus
