The daily road of a Senior Accountant at Fix Network:
Supervise the bookkeeping of accounts (including, but not limited to, making journal entries and account reconciliations) of the business; Keep accurate and complete records of all financial and administrative activities; Provide, revise and update internal reports to be convenient and efficient, then provide external reports, as needed; Prepare monthly billing to franchisees; Support for internal billing verification and follow-up of procedures related to new franchisees; Preparation and verification of accounts payable and corporate credit card reports; Prepare the analysis and regularly monitor the cash flows; Follow up on the collection of accounts receivable from the company; Preparation, verification and accounting of payroll; Preparing the monthly tax return for consumption; Perform monthly reconciliation of accounts, including analysis of intercompany accounts and coordinate with partners to resolve any differences; Prepare and provide support for the preparation and distribution of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements; Perform variance analysis on monthly financial statements according to the budget; identify trends and issues; Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process by preparing revenue and expense calculations, preparing working templates for staff, and testing budgets received for reasonableness and completeness; Maintain end-of-year documents and worksheets, and assist in the preparation of independent audits; Other related duties as assigned.
The pilote we are looking for :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other related Minimum of 4 years of experience in business accounting Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central 365 Strong knowledge of the complete accounting cycle Excellent computer skills and general understanding of computer accounting systems Advanced skills of the Microsoft suite (Excel) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to new challenges and processes
