We are looking to fill the position of Hotel Porter at Fernie Alpine Resort. The primary role of this positionis to assist guests with their luggage, provide directions and recommendationsfor local attractions, and handle any other guest inquiries. You Will:
Ensure a comfortable and friendly atmosphere forboth guests and staff Assist guests with their luggage, includingdelivering luggage to their rooms, retrieving luggage upon check-out, andstoring luggage as needed Provide directions and recommendations for localattractions, restaurants, and other amenities to guests Respond promptly to guest inquiries andrequests, including providing additional amenities or supplies as needed Maintain a professional and courteous demeanorwhen interacting with guests, colleagues, and management Know and abide by
