MEDICAL RADIATION TECHNOLOGIST

(REGULAR PART TIME)

One () Regular Part Time cross site Medical Radiation Technologist position is available in the Diagnostic Imaging Departments at North Wellington Health Care sites, Louise Marshall Hospital and Palmerston and District Hospital. The home site for this position will be Louise Marshall Hospital.

This position has recently been unionized with OPSEU. 

REQUIREMENTS:

CMRITO Designation Membership with CAMRT and OAMRT an asset Demonstrated ability to work responsibly in a team environment Demonstrated effective communications, organization and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with many and varied internal and external individuals, groups, and agencies Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

Satisfactory performance and attendance required Satisfactory Reference Checks required prior to start date Must provide a Police Vulnerable Sector Check Must complete a Pre-Employment Health Assessment including providing proof of full COVID vaccination prior to being hired

HOURS OF WORK:

As per department schedule Must be available for all shifts
