goeasy is looking for a strategic and experienced candidate for a Senior Product Manager, Mobile and Web to join our growing team. We are looking for an individual that is driven by delivering the most customer-centric experiences across our mobile and digital ecosystem. You will act as the Marketing business lead for our digital product suite, laser focused on building and optimizing our mobile and web channels. You will be directly responsible for managing and continually evolving our digital portfolio, supporting multiple brands and applications - across the goeasy, easyfinancial and easyhome properties. You should have strong product management skills, with a proven ability to unify cross-functional teams (technology, marketing & operations) to cultivate a strong customer focused culture and drive exponential growth for goeasy.

You are an action-oriented leader, you like to think big and are quick to identify key opportunities in the evolution of an ambitious digital roadmap. The successful candidate will exhibit excellent judgment and the ability to seamlessly prioritize between evolving business needs, bringing a balanced mix of long-term thinking with a roll-up-your-sleeves, entrepreneurial approach.

In this role you will lead:

The mobile and web strategies for the organization, building the case for investment in our digital platforms and products. If you are a visionary who wants to build a robust digital roadmap from the bottom up, this role is right for you. You will oversee all digital product and marketing programs throughout their lifecycle – including enhancing our best-in class mobile application goeasy Connect. The successful candidate will need to continually apply a mobile first lens to the digital customer experience and thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment, possessing strong communication skills and is quick to take initiative. All UI/UX standards and design systems that govern our digital customer experiences. The end-to-end digital loan application UX, ensuring we are driving quality prospects through a best-in-class experience. Part of this mandate will be to closely analyze and optimize the entirety of the application flow to drive higher rates of conversion.

What will you be doing?

Manage projects that strive to consistently improve the easyfinancial, easyhome and goeasy digital experiences. Work with a cross functional team including, marketing, agency partners, IT, BI and Sales to map out and implement digital solutions. Define scope and requirements for the development of digital product features and on-going enhancements including management of all backlog and project management activities as well as writing and prioritizing stories. Oversee delivery teams (, Agile) jointly with engineering and technology leads and ensure the product delivers as intended and dynamically adjusting plans to deliver on KPIs ad project timelines. Oversee QA and UAT plans, ensuring digital products are within acceptance criteria before go-live and in adherence with functional requirements. Champion a mobile-first culture on its way to AI discovery and implementation. Integrate usability studies and research into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and ensure user-driven design. Own the mobile app (, goeasy Connect) platform and product roadmap, with a clear line-of-sight into short and long-term strategies and how our approach supports the ambitions of the organization. Own the web platform and product roadmap, introducing enhancements, new features and capabilities that align to business objectives. Own the digital loan application roadmap, with a clear line-of-sight into short and long-term strategies that drive greater conversion. Partner in the creation of user journey maps, user stories and act as a digital product customer experience SME for the organization. Represent the voice of the customer and use this knowledge to build and optimize our digital product with the customer at its center. Interpret customer journeys into technical specifications to define and move forward our product roadmap, continually challenging the status quo by building features that give us a step change impact to the user experience. Identify and lead product portfolio planning (, operational requirements, cost analysis, and product scope definition). Continuously monitor and measure end-user behaviours and usage of our digital products to inform ongoing optimization of product vision and feature pipeline.

What experience do you have?

You have strong knowledge of product management principles and have a set of tried & tested best practices. You have experience working on building and optimizing digital applications that have resulted in measurable improvements to performance. Experience scaling product features across a number of products, where you successfully articulated how to apply your vision across all digital consumer touchpoints. Track record for product delivery and demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and across distributed teams. Highly collaborative and comfortable building and growing relationships across a broad set of cross functional teams. You work hard to solve complex problems and continually apply the customer lens to deliver the best end user experience. A focus on testing and experimentation is central to how you approach product development. A growth mindset with a willingness to disrupt the status-quo way of doing things. Experience managing 3rd party relationships including vendors and agency side teams. Understanding of technical aspects of web & mobile applications. A solid understanding of UI/UX, SEO and web technologies. Creative ability with practical application for mobile and digital channels. 5-7 years of professional experience in mobile platform and or product management, digital development and business analysis for digital products.
