Contract Duration: 3+ Months
Pay range $700 - 750/Day
Work Type: Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remoteLocation: Toronto, ON
About the Role:As a Senior Business Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization. You will be responsible for the strategic design, optimization, and transformation of our business processes, particularly in the context of our major case management system replacement. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless, cost-effective, and future-proof transition.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Analysis and Design: Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Design and develop robust business architectures that align with our strategic goals.
  • System Consolidation and Optimization: Lead the consolidation and retirement of legacy systems, ensuring a smooth transition to new, efficient solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT architects, and project managers, to gather requirements, build consensus, and drive successful outcomes.
  • Process Improvement: Implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Governance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Architect with a deep understanding of business architecture frameworks and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, UML).
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
  • Experience with case management systems and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of government regulations and standards.

Desired Skills:
  • Experience with Salesforce, DevOps, and Microsoft tools.
  • Knowledge of Service Design Release phases and Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., AODA).
