If so, we are seeking an Account Coordinator who will perform a myriad of tasks related to account and project management, customer relations, data analytics, inventory, and accounts receivable analysis, and many more activities. The Account Coordinator works alongside other departments within Berlin to manage account onboarding and maintenance, product sourcing, pricing initiatives, purchase orders, contracts, transportation, receiving, inventory, stocking agreements, local marketing endeavors, and profit analysis.

Key Accountabilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to all accounts. Process customer orders; act as a liaison between the employees of Berlin Packaging and its customers. Review, track, and manage all internal activities from order placement through delivery, ensuring effective communication and customer thrill. Serve as project manager for new customer launches; manage multiple SKUs, and coordinate with sales and supply chain to ensure products are delivered on time and within specification. Process customer invoices and conduct soft collections, as needed. Maintain and update sales records and customer information within CRM tool; prepare and review reports as required. Partner with sales to develop pricing and send customer quotes; ensure accurate pricing. Partner with sales, supply chain and/or global team to source product; communicate with suppliers to submit orders, check pricing, item availability, and shipping. Coordinate with internal stakeholders including sales, supply chain, warehouse, and corporate groups to service the customer and deliver branch metrics. Conduct wellness calls to understand customer needs and develop actions plans where needed to improve service level. Fulfill employee portion of the Berlin Values by demonstrating a strong work ethic, teamwork, loyalty, innovation, productivity and driving profitable results.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience required. Bilingual – fluent in English and French both written and spoken. 2+ years in an account support role, with customer centric mindset. Demonstrated project management skills. Ability to complete tasks and solve problems with limited guidance and direction. Demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to learn. Excellent problem solving, decision making, and analytical skills. Strong business acumen; willing to learn and demonstrate a solid understanding of Berlin Packaging’s business, products, customers, and suppliers. Strong interpersonal and communication skills including written, verbal, and active listening. Highly organized and detail oriented. Strong time management skills; prioritize and follow up. Operates with a sense of urgency. Is flexible and open to change and new ways of working. High energy, positive attitude, and contributes to a positive team culture. How is our Account Coordinator role different than other Account Coordinator roles?

A day in the life of a Berlin Account Coordinator could entail customer status meetings first thing in the morning followed by prioritizing production with manufacturers in the afternoon and closing the day by entering and billing purchase orders.

Le coordonnateur de compte exécute une myriade de tâches liées à la gestion de comptes et de projets, aux relations avec la clientèle, à l'analyse de données, à l'analyse des stocks et des comptes clients, et bien d'autres activités. L'AC travaille aux côtés d'autres départements de Berlin pour gérer l'intégration et la maintenance des comptes, l'approvisionnement des produits, les initiatives de tarification, les bons de commande, les contrats, le transport, la réception, l'inventaire, les accords de stockage, les efforts de marketing locaux et l'analyse des bénéfices.

Principales responsabilités:

Fournir un service client exceptionnel à tous les comptes. Traiter les commandes des clients; assurer la liaison entre les employés de Berlin Packaging et ses clients. Examinez, suivez et gérez toutes les activités internes, de la passation de la commande à la livraison, en garantissant une communication efficace et l'enthousiasme des clients. S'associer aux ventes pour développer les prix et envoyer des devis aux clients ; assurer une tarification précise. S'associer aux ventes, à la chaîne d'approvisionnement et/ou à l'équipe mondiale pour s'approvisionner en produits ; Communiquer avec les fournisseurs pour soumettre des commandes, vérifier les prix, la disponibilité des articles et l'expédition. Coordonner avec les parties prenantes internes, y compris les ventes, la chaîne d'approvisionnement, l'entrepôt et les groupes d'entreprise pour servir le client et fournir des mesures de succursale. Effectuer des appels de bien-être pour comprendre les besoins des clients et élaborer des plans d'action si nécessaire pour améliorer le niveau de service. Connaissances, Compétences, Aptitudes :

Baccalauréat fortement préféré ou expérience équivalente requise. Bilingue – parle couramment l’anglais et le français, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral. 2 ans et plus dans un rôle de support de compte, avec un état d'esprit centré sur le client. Compétences démontrées en gestion de projet. Capacité à accomplir des tâches et à résoudre des problèmes avec des conseils et une direction limités. Démontre une solide éthique de travail et une capacité d'apprentissage . Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes, en prise de décision et en analyse.
