Caractériser les tâches planifiées et non planifiées (RNC, BOI, Snags, Cahiers) - Durée, Zone, Métier, Jalons Prédécesseurs/Successeurs;

Supporter les leaders de production dans l’exécution et la rencontre des cibles journalière;

Rendre les tâches exécutables en production le plus rapidement possible (suivi des disponibilité disposition, pièces, documentation);

Supporter les leader et chef d’équipe dans la planification quotidienne des tâches;

Faire un suivi sur l’évolution et la fermeture de la documentation en lien avec l’avancement des tâches aux avions;

Faire des analyses d’impact selon les enjeux rencontrés en production;

Être garant/ Mettre à jour la planification de l’ensemble des avions en intégrant les impacts, les contraintes et les opportunités sur la flotte d’avion;

Animer les rencontres et présentation à haut niveau sur le suivi des cédules;

Participer et gérer des projets d’amélioration

In your role, you will

Characterize planned and unplanned tasks (RNC, BOI, Snags, workbook) - Duration, Area, Job activity, Predecessors/Successors, Milestones; Support production leaders in the day-to-day operations and during Daily Morning Meeting; Make production jobs executable as quickly as possible (monitoring engineering disposition, parts availability, documentation progression, etc…); Support the leader and production team in the daily planning of tasks; Follow up on documentation related to the progress of aircraft completion; Carry out impact analysis according to the issues encountered in production; Be responsible for / Update the planning of all aircraft by integrating the impacts, constraints, and opportunities on the aircraft fleet; Facilitate high-level meetings and presentations on schedule follow-up; Participate and manage improvement projects.

As our ideal candidate

You have a DCS or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or logistics or another discipline in operations or any other relevant experience.  You have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing / plant environment You have a global vision of the company; You listen to internal customers and stakeholders (production and support function); You are comfortable in a production environment; You have a spirit of synthesis and are comfortable presenting to senior management; You are dynamic and work in a team; You demonstrate leadership and enjoy taking on challenges; You show patience, perseverance and curiosity; You possess intermediate to advanced skills in MS Project, in order to track your planning You possess intermediate Excel skills, using it as needed to complete summary analyses; You are bilingual (French and English spoken and written). Vous avez un DEC ou un Baccalauréat en Génie Industriel ou en Finances ou une autre discipline scientifique ou toute autre expérience pertinente; Vous avez un minimum de cinq (5) ans d’expérience en milieu manufacturier / usine Vous avez une vision globale de l’entreprise; Vous êtes à l’écoute des clients internes et parties prenantes (production et fonction support); Vous êtes à l’aise dans un environnement de production. Vous avez un esprit de synthèse et êtes à l’aise de présenter à la haute direction; Vous êtes dynamique et travaillez en équipe; Vous faites preuve de leadership et aimez relever des défis; Vous faites preuve de patience, de persévérance et de curiosité; Vous avez des connaissances intermédiaires à avancées avec MS Project pour le suivi de votre planification; Vous avez des connaissances intermédiaires d’Excel, au besoin, pour des analyses sommaires; Vous êtes bilingue (français et anglais, parlé et écrit).
